FOCUS PARK Nikolaev, Ukraine 2008

The FOCUS project is located in an area of former industrial buildings. The redesigned center takes its inspiration from the existing factory spaces, which have been earmarked for demolition. It is a typical exercise in functional programming including a shopping area, multiplex cinema, and multi-level parking garage with a foodcourt and nearby ice rink. The complex comprises a GLA of 54,000 m², and a total area of 155,000 m².
